It is worth noting that the allegations of antisemitism in the Labour Party have completely dried up now the elections are over.
There have been many eloquent articles describing the way in which defenders of Israel and all its actions, including those which are a complete breach of international law, have for some years smeared critics of Israel as being anti-Semitic or if Jewish of being self-hating Jews. This smear is an attempt to halt criticism of Israeli policy by accusing anyone who voices such criticism of being an anti semite.
Anti-Semitism has a long and poisonous history in Europe and North America that culminated in the total evil of the Holocaust. To misuse this claim in this way is doubly deplorable.
